Q. When should we arrive?
A. The time on your invitation includes 15 minutes for check-in and safety video before entering.

Q. Can I bring in my own food?
A. For parties you may bring cake and dry snack foods (chips, pretzels, etc.). No other outside cooked food is permitted. Bounce Around, Inc. will order pizzas for you, which we will have delivered to your party at an additional charge.  No other cooked food is permitted.

Q. Do you have a place where I can keep my drinks, ice cream cake, or kiddie-cup ice creams cold?
A. Yes, for the kiddie cups and ice cream cake, but you must bring your cooler for drinks.

Q. What if more kids show up on the day of the party than we had planned for?
A. Any guests over the maximum reserved party limit [25/15/10] will be charged $10.

Q. Can I bring my own decorations, confetti, streamers, or paper products?
A. If you would like to bring your own themed party paper products [plates, napkins, forks, spoons], you may do so in place of our complementary party paper products, and we can set that up for you. Please bring these supplies to us the Tuesday before your event. We don’t allow any decorations on the walls, any confetti, streamers, silly string, or piñatas.

Q. What else do I need to bring besides my cake?
A. Birthday candles, cold juice boxes, cold can soda, and cold bottle water, and a cooler for your drinks.

Q. Does each guest need a separate waiver if they are all in the same family?
A. No, but everyone who plays or does not play will need to sign in with a waiver, and have socks, if playing.

Q. Can I have alcohol for the adults?
A. In keeping with our family friendly and kid safe environment no alcohol is allowed at anytime in our facility.

Q. Is there a smoking section?
A. No

Q: What form of payment is accepted?
A: We accept Cash, Personal Check, MasterCard, Visa, and Debit

Q: Is there a deposit?
A: Yes, at the time of scheduling we require 1/2 down. After authorization for deposit through credit card or check or cash, deposit is forfeited if the customer decides to cancel the party.

Q: When is the balance due?
A: The day of the party.

Q: How can I schedule a party?
A: Just give us a call or you can email us.

Q: Do I have to stay at the party?
A: No, Only the Host is required to stay at the party.

Q: Does everyone need to be on the wavier?
A: Yes, Due to insurance purposes everyone must be on the waiver and signed by an adult.

Q: Are socks required?
A: Yes

Q: Will we have to watch a safety video?
A: Yes

Q: Will there be a safety person in the bouncing arena?
A: Yes, you will have a trained safety person with you at all times.

Q: Are there any restrictions on who may bounce?
A: Yes, bouncers must be at least 1 year old and weigh less than 185 pounds.

Q: If a guest has a medical condition can they participate?
A: No, any one with a medical condition or who is wearing a cast, splint, sling, or brace, etc. may not participate.

Q: Can I purchase more time for the bouncing arena?
A: Sorry, No we can not extend your bouncing time.

Q: Can I purchase more time for the party room?
A: Yes, you can purchase more time or you can take some time from your bouncing time.  You must make those arrangements when you schedule the party.

Q: If we order pizza when do we pay for them?
A: You have to pay for the pizza the day of the party.

Q: We would like to start the party in the party room?
A: Due to full tummies that don't mix with bouncing, all parties must start in the bouncing arena.

Q: While half of us are in the bouncing arena can the other half go into the party room?
A: No, everyone must stay together. We start in the bouncing arena and then when it is time for the party room everyone will go at the same time.

Q: Will I have a Host in the party room?
A: Yes, You will have a trained party host.

Q: Are tips appropriate?
A: Tips are always welcome.

Q: When should I order pizza, balloons, water bottles & other things?
A: You must call us 7 day before you party date.

Q: How many slice come in a pizza?
A: 8 slices come in each pizza.

Q: When I do order pizzas, how many do I need to order for my party?
A: There is a 4 pizza minimum per order per party.

Q: Can I do my own goodie bags?
A: Yes

Q: When do I give you my finally count?
A: 7 Days before your party date.

Q: Do you have socks for sale?
A: Yes

Q: Can we have food or drinks in the bouncing arena?
A: No gum, food, or drinks are allowed in the bouncing arena.

Q: Is there a place for my stuff?
A: Yes, We have cubbies in the bouncing arena.

Q: Can I take still pictures?
A: Yes, in the bouncing arenal and party room.

Q: Can we videotape in the bouncing area?
A: No, but you may videotape in the party room.
